Retirement Savings Plan Position Summary:

The Machine Operator / Wide Web Flexographic Press Operator will be responsible for the setup, operation, monitoring, and breakdown of a high-speed flexographic printing press. This role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate wide web flexographic printing presses
• Mount printing plates and prepare press equipment for production runs
• Mix, match, and maintain inks according to job specifications
• Perform press setups, adjustments, and changeovers
• Monitor print quality throughout production runs
• Troubleshoot mechanical and print-quality issues
• Complete press breakdown and cleanup following production runs
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on press equipment
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
