Slitter Operator / Slitter Crew Granite City, Illinois | 3rd Shift Experienced Slitter Operators and Slitter Crew — We Want You! Granite City Processing (formerly Heidtman Steel) is growing, and we're looking for experienced steel processing professionals to join our 3rd shift team. Incentives Slitter Operator Starting Wage:

$23.77/hr + bonuses and shift premium

Slitter Crew Starting Wage:

$21.54/hr + bonuses and shift premium

Monthly Production Incentive Bonus:

2025 average was 15.13% (Based on $23.77 per hour, that is an additional $3.59!) 3rd

Shift Premium:

You should be computer-literate to maintain the associated production documents. Experience driving a forklift, overhead crane, material handler, and steel handler experience is desired. This is a physically demanding job which requires standing, bending, twisting, stooping, and the ability to move up to 50 lbs.
