Why You'll Thrive Here Operate horizontal forging equipment to craft components that meet exacting standards Set up tooling and perform changeovers efficiently to keep production flowing Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and make safe, timely adjustments Operate an overhead crane to load material into the machine Read blueprints and verify dimensions with basic measuring tools Document production data accurately and completely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area aligned to 5S Follow safety, environmental, and quality procedures without compromise Pitch in with other tasks that keep the team moving

Pay Range:

$20

• $22.00/hour for Mon
• Fri shifts $20.40
• $24.90/hour for Fri
• Sun shifts Additional $4.

00/hour shift premium for night shifts

Bonus:

$3,000 sign-on bonus
