Summary of Position:

Responsible for all production of finished goods - We provide Paid, on the job training. Progression Plan Available with increases within the first year of employment.

Shift Differential :

2nd Shift .50 - 3rd Shift $1.00

Responsibilities:

Ensure quality and quantity of assigned product, goods, or processes as specified Complete proper paperwork, checklists, and inspection forms as specified Inspection of parts using various automatic and manual gages Proper completion of production travel tickets Able to change inserts and make necessary machine adjustments TPM check of fluids and the ability to refill machines when low Clean machines and specific work areas Compliance with all applicable Company guidelines, rules, regulations, instructions, policies, and procedures

•Other duties as assigned Skills Ability to follow written and verbal instruction Analytical skills to include applicable record keeping Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required Must be eligible to work in the

United States Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for extended periods in a factory environment and possess no restrictions with ergonomics.
