Job Description Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Machine Operator.
Machine Operator Job Details Schedule :
Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:30
PM Pay Rate :
$15.00/hr

North Vernon, IN Machine Operator Requirements/Qualifications Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Previous manufacturing experience or related training preferred but not required. Ability to stand in one spot for extended periods. Excellent attendance and reliability. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work with management to report and monitor process compliance. Ability to troubleshoot production equipment. Ability to resolve conflicts in a courteous and professional manner. Ability to work and make decisions independently. Must wear jeans or khakis; shorts, pants, or capris are permitted, with shorts at least fingertip length. About the Machine Operator Role As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include: Manufacture parts and products by operating production machines and equipment. Use hand tools and fixtures to complete production tasks. Assemble components as required. Test and visually inspect completed and in-process work. Identify and report manufacturing or quality problems to appropriate personnel. Document quality conformance and production volumes throughout the shift. Prepare finished parts and products for shipment or the next processing stage. Notify appropriate personnel when products are ready for packaging or shipment. Rotate between different workstations and job assignments. Troubleshoot production equipment as needed. Maintain good housekeeping and organization throughout the work area.
