Training Requirement:

Must be willing to train on 1st shift for a minimum of one month (possibly longer) Training Pay (1st Shift): $17.00/hour Position Overview - Loom Operator As a Loom Operator, you will play a key role in the production process by operating and monitoring specialized machinery.

Responsibilities:

Ensure yarn is properly threaded through the machine Monitor machine operation during production runs Troubleshoot equipment issues, including repairing yarn breaks through splicing Change yarn and bobbins as needed Inspect hose quality throughout the manufacturing process Perform general machine operation duties Conduct quality checks on finished products Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety and production standards

Qualifications:

MINIMUM of 2 year machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and strong work ethic We are specifically seeking seasoned machine operators to ensure a smooth transition into this department and maintain production efficiency.
