Job Description

Machine Operator Dura-Lift Door Hardware a rapidly growing company in Leitchfield, Kentucky is seeking a Machine Operator to join the manufacturing team.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain CNC Coiling machinery used in the torsion spring production process
  • Set up machines according to specifications and blueprints
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output and identify any issues or malfunctions
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal working condition
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of CNC machine operations
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
  • Familiarity with CAD software is a plus
  • Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers for precise measurements
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles
  • Experience with programming machines is preferred
  • Familiarity with operating lathe machines and press brake machines is a plus As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process.
