Possible and may be mandatory Schedule Information 3rd shift 7:00 PM-7:30 AM Rotating 2-2-3 schedule Every other weekend off Week 1 Work Monday and Tuesday Off Wednesday and Thursday Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Approximately 48 hours Week 2 Off Monday and Tuesday Work Wednesday and Thursday Off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Approximately 36 hours Training Schedule New hires will train on day shift before transitioning to the night schedule.

Training hours:

7:00 AM-7:30 PM Night Shift Operator Requirements High school diploma or GED required Ability to stand, move, and work in a fast-paced production environment Dependable attendance and ability to work a rotating schedule Strong attention to workplace safety and product quality Ability to follow production instructions and established procedures Effective teamwork and communication skills Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required Key Responsibilities Monitor feed bags as they fill during production. Guide filled bags across the conveyor system for sealing. Stack finished bags and build pallets containing approximately 40 bags each. Monitor production equipment and report operational concerns. Maintain efficient and consistent production flow throughout the shift. Inspect finished products for visible quality concerns. Follow all workplace-safety and production procedures. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Work with team members to meet daily production goals. Perform additional production duties as assigned.
