To perform set-up, tear down, and operation of Equipment in support of Printed Circuit Board Assembly Processes and Procedures in a lean manufacturing environment. Set-up and operate surface mount equipment. Perform basic levels of maintenance following established procedures, and assist maintenance technicians as required. Perform minor machine adjustments as needed. Control, document and process to MRB non-conforming material. Inspect each assembled PCB before solder operations to ensure compliance to solder ability standards. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience. Knowledge of workmanship standards. Experience with pick and place equipment. Knowledge of component identification and component nomenclature. Ability to set up and tear down operation. Knowledge of component handling, including ESD requirements. Capable of performing job function utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions and visual aids. Basic computer skills.
