In this role, you will be responsible for measuring, mixing, and preparing ingredients according to company recipes and production standards while maintaining quality and food safety requirements. Responsibilities Measure and mix ingredients following production formulas and batch records Operate mixing equipment and production machinery safely Monitor product consistency and quality throughout the mixing process Maintain accurate production documentation Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas Assist with material handling and other production tasks as needed Qualifications Previous food manufacturing or mixing experience preferred Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and production schedules Basic math and measuring skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and positive attitude Benefits Competitive pay Overtime opportunities Health benefits available Paid training Growth opportunities within the company
