Responsibilities of the Machine Operator Set up and operate production machinery following established procedures and guidelines. Utilize computer-controlled equipment to position and secure automatic or semi-automatic machines. Adjust machine settings to meet specifications, quality standards, and production timelines. Perform basic to advanced machine setups and operations, depending on experience level. Identify and report quality or equipment issues to ensure smooth production processes. Assist in training junior operators and support process improvements. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as needed. Requirements of the Machine Operator Proven experience in machine operation, with varying levels of supervision based on experience. Competency in precision measurement and numerical control (NC). Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Experience working in a manufacturing environment and complying with cleanroom and safety requirements. Willingness to support process improvements and advanced troubleshooting.
