We are looking for Medical Device Machine Operator for our client in

Contract Pay Range:
$20.50hr - $25.50hr
Job Overview:
This position is responsible for producing high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. The candidate will work under close supervision to perform routine assignments, assembly, and testing procedures in accordance with standardized quality guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on medical device assemblies under close supervision. Perform routine assignments according to specified or standardized procedures with continuous review. Ensure relevant job documentation for cell operations and functions is accurate and up to date. Communicate ideas, problems, and solutions clearly to all levels of manufacturing management, both written and orally. Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers. Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate safety devices when performing all operations. Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes and achieve metrics. Maintain accurate records to ensure traveler and quality documents are correct, parts are traceable, and quality issues are addressed. Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. Participate with management in setting and monitoring individual goals and cell performance metrics. Support all organizational initiatives in alignment with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements. Prioritize work by determining the sequencing and timing of different jobs based on precedence and importance. Handle and maneuver small components and parts. Make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures and verbal instructions. Understanding of and ability to utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.
