Four-tens, Monday - Thursday, 2:30pm - 1:00(Fri)am Position Overview MTW Industries is seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and hard-working Laser Machine Operator. A self-starting individual with excellent attention to detail, attendance, and determination to succeed is essential to accomplish the production needs of our fast-paced, high-demand, industrial facility. At MTW, products are primarily manufactured from steel, with various other metals being utilized for projects intermittently in our often temperature-controlled facility. These items may be stand-alone products or used to produce multiple assemblies and structures. Laser Machine Operators at MTW are responsible for the precise programming, set-up, and operation of our Mazak CNC Laser machine to produce high-quality, precision components made to the specifications of our customers and engineering drawings. This position requires expertise in machine programming, material processing, quality inspection, and safe machine operation while maintaining production schedules and quality standards. Attention to detail and creative problem solving is necessary as MTW requires all operators to work to exact design specifications and deadlines. Laser Operators must be able to read drawings, lift/maneuver heavy materials, and utilize math skills accurately. Following written and/or verbal instructions is key. Key Position Responsibilities

• Program, set up, operate, and other duties related to running utilizing a Mazak CNC fiber laser machine
• Comprehensive laser machine operation duties to process materials necessary to fulfill customer orders
• Upkeep, troubleshooting, and general maintenance of the laser machine(s)
• Material handling/lifting/maneuvering/inventory functions of metal materials
• Maintain clean and safe workstation(s), tools, equipment, facility - utilize 5S/6S guidelines Qualifications
• Minimum one (1) year of CNC Laser Cutting Machine experience required o Fiber Laser machine experience preferred o Mazak Laser Cutting machine experience is beneficial o Less than one (1) year experience MAY be considered, if strong background in machine operation
• Excellent attention to detail, math skills, and ability to read drawings/prints
• Excellent attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test and physical
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Aptitude for good judgement and rational thought
• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Operation of safety equipment and knowledge/utilization of safe work habits
• Strong desire for continued growth and learning (training opportunities occur)
• Ability to: o Lift minimum of 50 lbs o Bend, stoop, lift, squat, twist while maneuvering materials o Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (MTW will provide training if needed) o Read and accurately use a tape measure, rule, and square o Follow directions, work instructions and schedules o Troubleshoot fit, quality, or other potential concerns o Aid in other shop duties as needed, must be a team player o Work independently, and produce a meticulous product in a timely manner o Review finished product(s) to be sure they meet or exceed quality standards All candidates must pass a pre-employment physical and drug test (which includes testing for marijuana), background check, and pre-employment physical.

Full-Time Positions Include

• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Paid Time Off/Earned Sick Time following 120 days of employment
