We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with machine operating or manufacturing experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment after 90 days , based on attendance, job performance, and company approval. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor plastic injection molding and production machinery. Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products. Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting. Inspect plastic components to ensure quality standards are met. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues. Trim, package, label, and prepare finished products. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines. Meet daily production and quality expectations. Perform additional manufacturing duties as assigned. Job Requirements Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred. Plastic injection molding experience is a plus. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Strong attention to detail and safety. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
