Full Job Description Shift and Schedule:
Full-time:
Days 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Part-time:
Choose your days/hours within 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays.
Work Location:
In person only. No remote offered.

Position Summary:
In this position you will be loading and unloading molds from a urethane molding carousel. This position will require attention and diligence to keep up with carousel. Assembly experience is required along with a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a team that values your well-being on and off the job.

Key Responsibilities:
Keep the assembly line moving to produce required parts daily Inspect parts according to quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members Complete daily tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Manufacturing/Assembly experience
