Tribal Manufacturing is seeking a Screw Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical ability, can run multiple machines, and is committed to producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor Brown & Sharpe screw machines to meet production and quality standards Perform tooling changes, adjustments, and minor maintenance Read and interpret blueprints; use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Inspect parts and document results accurately Follow safety procedures, including proper PPE and lockout/tagout Maintain a clean and organized work area All other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous screw machining experience preferred; willing to train the right applicant. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to use precision measuring tools Ability to lift/move materials and stand for extended periods Why Join Us?
