Job Description

Blown Film Extrusion Technician Location Sparta, MI A Day in the Role Step onto a fast-moving production floor where you'll operate and monitor blown film extrusion equipment, keep product quality on track, and support a team focused on safe, reliable output. Your schedule follows a steady rhythm: three days one week, four days the next, with 12-hour shifts that keep your workdays focused and your off-days open.
Schedule Day Shift:
6:00 AM - 6:00
PM Night Shift:
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Two-week rotation: 3 days one week, 4 days the following week What You Bring Minimum 1 year operating extrusion equipment (blown film experience strongly preferred) Comfort working in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment Bonus Skills Hands-on experience with blown film extrusion machinery Background in the packaging industry Core Proficiencies Packaging experience Plastic extrusion experience Machine operation Ready to put your extrusion know-how to work on a dependable schedule in Sparta, MI?
