Plastic Extrusion Operator Shift:

4 on/4 off schedule. Pay is based on experience.

Job Summary:

The role will be operating and set up an extruder, Setting up and operating material blenders and dryer, running sheet stackers, grinding scrap, completing quality checks as well as basic Maintenance and cleaning. Duties/Responsibilities Operating an extruder Setting up for specific job's Understanding and completing orientation test Basic maintenance and up keep of the equipment Quality checks Running sheet stackers/robots

Cleaning Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to drive a forklift Plastic extrusion Experience Ability to read a tape measure and micrometers

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent 3 years min. operating an extruder

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None Physical Requirements:

This is a labor-intensive role and will require continuous lifting (up to 50 lbs) and bending. This role is accountable for all aspects of department performance including safety & environmental, quality, reliability, production, and productivity.
