Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Finishing Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong commitment to quality control, and continuous improvement within our production environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality checks on products throughout the production process to maintain high standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions in real-time. Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced and any defects noted. Run tumbling, polishing and packaging machinery. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Must be a self-starter. Able to work on your own but still be part of a team. Very limited lifting. Must be able to stand for long periods of time but able to sit when needed. Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
