$22.00/hour | $21.50/hour while training on 1st shift

Job Overview:

This position involves operating and maintaining production equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment. While this is not a full clean-room setting, employees must follow specific cleanliness, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently. Perform in-process quality inspections and report issues using established medical manufacturing procedures. Troubleshoot equipment and make basic adjustments as needed. Inspect machines to ensure proper setup and alignment. Maintain production records, logs, and documentation, including rejected or discarded products. Handle products carefully to maintain cleanliness, traceability, and product integrity. Follow white-room protocols, including gowning, hygiene, and contamination-control procedures.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of machine operating or related manufacturing experience. Experience operating CNC, injection molding, die-cutting, laminating, molding presses, or similar machinery. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask. Dependable with excellent attendance and reliability. Experience in a white-room or other controlled manufacturing environment is preferred.
