Position Summary We are looking for a motivated Entry Level CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision metal components according to customer specifications. No prior CNC experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes and/or mills Load and unload parts and materials Inspect parts using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Follow work instructions and blueprints Monitor machine performance and report issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures

Qualifications Required:
