Schedule:

Monday•Thursday | 6:00 AM•4:30 PM (4 x 10-hour shifts) Overtime on Fridays may be required

November 25, 2026•December 18, 2026 Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing client in Thief River Falls, MN. We are looking for dependable candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Duties:

Assemble component parts into finished products following blueprints and specifications Inspect parts and completed units for quality and accuracy Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, gauges, and fixtures Perform basic production and assembly line work Assist with minor machine adjustments and basic equipment setup when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow company safety and production standards at all times

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required Ability to read and follow instructions or blueprints Comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening (THC does not disqualify) Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements:
