Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and material handling tools in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines. Prepare, assemble, and monitor bioprocessing systems, including fermentation, purification, and formulation processes. Handle industrial chemicals and biological agents safely while adhering to chemical handling protocols and PPE requirements such as respiratory protection. Conduct routine inspections of equipment, facilities, and materials to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards and safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, batch records, and quality control data in compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice). Perform cleaning, sanitation, and validation tasks to uphold manufacturing standards and prevent contamination. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely within warehouse environments for the storage and movement of raw materials and finished products. Experience Prior experience working in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility or industrial chemical production environment is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with GMP regulations, CGMP standards, or pharmaceutical regulatory compliance is essential. Familiarity with manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and laboratory practices related to biomanufacturing. Mechanical knowledge related to process equipment maintenance or machining is advantageous. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data recording are required for precise process control. Warehouse experience including materials handling, packaging operations, or forklift certification will be beneficial. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high safety standards in a regulated setting.
