Pay rate: $19/Hour About the Position Mann Lake is hiring a short-term Production Worker position open in Hand Assembly for approximately 6 weeks. This is a great chance to get your foot in the door. Strong performers may be considered for a full-time, year-round position. No experience? No problem. We will train you! Manufacturing experience is preferred, but we'll teach you everything you need to know to succeed. What You'll Do Assemble materials to produce finished products Attach the correct labels and tags to products and packages Pack finished goods into the correct packages and boxes Let your supervisor know about any mechanical or material issues Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Perform other work as assigned by the department supervisor What We're Looking For Willingness to learn and follow instructions Attention to detail and pride in quality work Reliable attendance and punctuality for the full seasonal period Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required Full time benefits incldue: 7 paid holidays Paid time off (PTO) 2 weeks first year, 3 weeks year 2 Health insurance Dental & Vision Life insurance Company paid Life & Long-term disability Critical Illness, Accident & Hospital Indemnity insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contribution 401k with matching contribution
