Job Duties Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and production paperwork. Update product specifications for all finished goods and ensure new and changing raw materials are properly documented. Submit and receive required certifications or claims for finished products. Manage customer and R D sample requests for product evaluation, sampling, and shipping. Perform audits, track sanitation compliance, review incoming materials, and ensure products meet all food safety and quality standards. Assist with other tasks as needed.
