Shift hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. In this role you will prepare and mix slurry batches, operating industrial mixing equipment and holding tight tolerances on batch formulas. Responsibilities Accurately weigh and load dry powders and liquid solvents according to strict batch formulas Operate industrial mixers and control vacuum degassing systems to remove air bubbles Monitor automated control panels and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) Collect slurry samples for laboratory testing to verify viscosity, particle dispersion, and homogeneity Wear all required personal protective equipment and follow chemical handling protocols Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S standards Log data accurately and follow standard operating procedures Troubleshoot proactively and escalate equipment issues as needed Requirements High School Diploma or GED required AA Degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline plus 1 year of related experience, such as Grinding Machine Operator or Molding Machine Operator, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Six Sigma Yellow Belt training required Basic computer skills and ability to operate PLC-driven systems Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs High precision and attention to detail in measuring ratios Good mechanical aptitude and proactive troubleshooting ability Willingness to work 3rd shift, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM #GRPB Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
