Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation:

Perform basic setups and safely operate equipment such as manual punch presses, shears, saws, drill presses, timesavers, wash stations, and tumblers.

Quality Inspection:

Inspect completed parts using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet engineering specifications and mechanical tolerances.

Maintenance & Cleanliness:

Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned equipment and maintain a clean, organized work station.

Documentation:

Complete accurate daily production, quality, and inspection records.

Skills:

Blueprint reading Experience with calipers/micrometers/protractors Metalworking knowledge 2+ years of metal machine operating experience

Education:

No Degree Required Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

Mechanical Aptitude:

Strong hands-on mechanical skills and familiarity with hand tools, gauges, and torque wrenches.

Measurement Skills:

Ability to accurately read measurements and follow technical production instructions. Previous machine operating experience

Safety Mindset:

Solid understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Physical Capability:
