Temp-to-Hire Job Description We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented bilingual English/Spanish Mailing & Assembly Associate for a manufacturing and printing facility in Shakopee, MN. This position focuses on mailing operations, scanning, order processing, postage metering, and shipping documentation. Associates will also assist with hand bindery, assembly, collating, sorting, and kit building as needed. Candidates must be able to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English. Responsibilities Scan and process mailing jobs and orders. Close out orders and verify job information for accuracy. Meter postage and prepare outgoing mail. Complete shipping and mailing documentation for Pitney Bowes, UPS, and UPS Mail Innovations (UPSMI), including account numbers, quantities, and weights. Perform hand bindery, assembly, collating, sorting, and kit building as needed. Follow job instructions and maintain accurate production records. Meet quality standards and maintain a clean, safe work area. Requirements

•Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English. Strong attention to detail and basic documentation skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening. Steel-toe shoes are required. Cell phones are not allowed on the production floor. Must follow all facility safety rules and policies.
