Focus Workforce Management is hiring near you: Weekly Pay Schedule- Monday-Friday 7:00AM- 3:00PM Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Spotter Guide to join our manufacturing team. The Spotter plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials, equipment, and machinery within the production environment. This position requires a keen eye for safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with machine operators and other team members to facilitate smooth operations. Duties Assist machine operators by providing clear visual signals to ensure precise positioning of equipment and materials during setup and operation. Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to prevent collisions or accidents involving moving machinery or loads. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate movements and facilitate efficient workflow. Observe safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to site safety guidelines. Support quality control efforts by inspecting parts Collaborate with operators team to ensure seamless production flow. Experience Basic understanding of shop math, measurement techniques. Experience working with precision measurement tools Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining focus on safety standards.
