Core Focus:

Monitoring four active stations, rapid troubleshooting, and constant team coordination Key Responsiblities Multi-Station Machine Operation Manage, monitor, and maintain four distinct equipment stations simultaneously Stay highly attentive to the live production line to ensure smooth material flow Clear frequent jams, reset automated components, and perform rapid interventions Conduct quick mechanical adjustments to keep the high-speed machinery running Proactive Troubleshooting and Maintenance Anticipate mechanical and material issues before they cause line stoppages Diagnose equipment faults on the fly using basic mechanical skills Perform routine operational upkeep and minor machine adjustments independently Act as a self-starter to resolve minor technical glitches without constant supervision Communication and Team Coordination Maintain constant, active radio or verbal contact with the line puller and loader operator Provide immediate updates to the foreman regarding line status or downtime Coordinate material needs ahead of time to prevent supply gaps at the stations Quality Control and Material Handling Perform hourly QC check to monitor bagged products continuously for proper seal, weight, and labeling Log production data and report any systemic mechanical issues to maintenance

Pay:
