Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Extrusion Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion machinery to produce high-quality soybean oil and express meal. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to perform quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met. Responsibilities Operate extrusion machinery, including soybean extrusion and oil pressing equipment. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise. Utilize hand tools and fabrication techniques for assembly tasks as required. Handle materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper materials handling practices are followed. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency in accordance with lean manufacturing principles. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations. Requirements Familiarity machinery is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate press machines. Experience with quality inspection processes and the use of precision measuring instruments. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during production processes. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, along with knowledge of materials handling practices. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating strong attention to detail.
