Join a growing manufacturing team in Marshfield assembling metal components used in essential infrastructure products. This production assembly role offers a clean, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and hand-eye coordination will make a direct impact on the finished product. No extensive experience required, just a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a willingness to learn. Assembly Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assemble small cylinders formed from corrugated metal
• Accurately position and shape components using hand-eye coordination
• Hold assemblies in place while machinery performs riveting and adhesion processes
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Assist with packaging and palletizing finished goods as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assembly Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety guidelines
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attendance and punctuality
