Iuka, MS, 38852

Job Description:

The Assembly Operator will be responsible for assembling parts and components in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be able to operate machinery and assemble products according to specifications. The Assembly Operator will also be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and making adjustments as necessary. The assembly operator will be provided step-by-step standardized work instructions and must be able to follow these instructions.

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery to assemble products Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Follow safety procedures and guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production quotas and deadlines

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred Ability to operate machinery Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
