Job Description

Make an Impact at ALULA We have openings on B & C shift - B shift works Monday-Thursday from 5:45pm-4:15am C shift works Friday-Sunday from 6am-6pm ALULA is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance & Production Technician to help keep our equipment running safely and efficiently while supporting daily production operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with their hands, solving problems, and being part of a team. In this role, you'll help maintain and repair production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, support equipment start-ups and modifications, and assist with facility operations as needed. You'll play an important role in minimizing downtime and helping our team meet production, quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory goals. What You'll Do Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production targets for throughput, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Perform preventative maintenance and assist with equipment breakdowns, rebuilds, modifications, repairs, and start-ups. Troubleshoot equipment and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime. Work with subcontractors and vendors on equipment repairs, modifications, and installation of new equipment. Assist with equipment and facility sanitation activities. Support the Production Supervisor with daily facility operations and production needs. Provide input and recommendations for improving equipment, processes, and facility operations. Help maintain tools, parts, supplies, and maintenance resources to support efficient operations and minimize downtime. Maintain an organized and safe maintenance shop while ensuring company assets are properly cared for. Maintain required equipment certifications and licenses. Follow all applicable safety, food safety, sanitation, quality, and regulatory requirements. Serve as a temporary acting supervisor when needed, providing support for production, safety, quality, and sanitation when the Production Supervisor is unavailable. Perform other duties and support other facility-wide functions as assigned. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Dependable, self-motivated, and proactive. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand and remain active for an entire shift. Lift and carry up to 60 pounds . Frequently squat, bend, twist, reach, and lift. Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity. Visually inspect equipment and work areas for proper operation and quality. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a required drug screening. Ability to successfully complete an acceptable background check.
