This position is ideal for someone who values safety, takes pride in quality work, and enjoys learning new skills. Job Responsibilities Operate finishing and coating equipment safely and efficiently. Produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications. Monitor product quality and report safety concerns or process issues. Cross-train in different production areas and develop new skills. Assist with material handling and operate forklifts and reel movers as needed. Communicate effectively with team members during shift changes. Support continuous improvement efforts and follow established procedures. Requirements Previous manufacturing or production experience. Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Basic computer skills and ability to complete digital data entry and reports. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to cross-train and learn new processes. Ability to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Pay and Schedule $20.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additional 12% shift differential. Full-time position with rotating 12-hour shifts. Interested?
