As the first U.S. manufacturing facility of SBA Group, a leading European furniture manufacturer based in Lithuania, our state-of-the-art facility features advanced robotics and automated manufacturing technology. We are seeking experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our 3rd shift production team. Requirements Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor automated manufacturing equipment. Ensure machines operate efficiently and meet production goals. Perform basic troubleshooting and identify equipment issues. Use calipers and metric measurements to verify product specifications. Inspect products to maintain quality standards. Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards. Work collaboratively with team members to improve productivity and reduce downtime. Qualifications Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read measurements using calipers and the metric system. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and good attendance.
