Machine Operators:

Machine Operator | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus After 90 Days (based on performance and attendance). Operate press, braid winding, lathe, and crimping machines to manufacture quality products. Read blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions; perform quality inspections; record production data; identify defects; and maintain inventory at workstations. Use hand tools, adjust machine settings, troubleshoot basic production issues, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards. Maintain accurate records and report safety concerns as needed.

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED required Machine Operator experience preferred Ability to read tape measures and measuring devices Basic math, reading, and problem-solving skills Ability to use basic hand tools Must speak and understand

English Physical Requirements :

Stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks Work independently or in a team setting Exposure to noise, dust, grease, and oils Reliable attendance required Join a growing manufacturing team with opportunities for advancement and skill development Lift up to 35 lbs regularly
