Our client, a leader in electronics manufacturing, is seeking a SMT Machine Operator 1st Shift to join their team. As a SMT Machine Operator 1st Shift, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

First Shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday

• Friday) What's the Job?

Set up and operate printed circuit board assembly machinery utilizing surface mount technology Ensure proper machine setup, including feeder and magazine population Monitor and adjust reflow oven temperature and operation for optimal soldering Perform first piece and in-process inspections to maintain quality standards Manage parts inventory and perform routine machine maintenance and minor repairs What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred Experience with surface mount board assembly machines for at least one year Familiarity with using personal computers and relevant software Ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality standards What's in it for me?
