Machine Operator Pay rate: $20.00/hr +

Shift Differential Location:

Lyndhurst, NJ We're hiring 4 Machine Operators to join our team. These positions are responsible for safely operating manufacturing and packaging equipment while maintaining high standards for production, quality, and safety.

OPEN POSITIONS 3

operators for C shift: Thursday-Sunday/Friday-Sunday, from 6am-6:30pm - will train on A shift (Monday-Thursday/Monday-Wednesday) 1 operator for C shift and will train on C shift 1 operator for C shift and will train on 1 st shift (Mon-Frid, 6am-2:30pm) 3 operators for

D-shift:

Thursday-Sunday/Friday-Sunday, from 6pm-6:30am - will train on both A and C shifts These trainings can take up to three months, and differentials will apply accordingly.

Shift differentials:

.35cents = 2nd shift .50cents = 3rd shift 1.25 = C/D shifts

Training:

Candidates must be flexible to train on another shift for approximately 60-90 days , and training may take up to 3 months . Shift differentials will apply based on the shift worked.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate manual and semi-automatic manufacturing and packaging systems. Process materials used to manufacture sealants, adhesives, primers, and other products. Load specified solid and liquid materials into heating, cooling, and blending equipment. Monitor equipment, gauges, signals, and production processes and make adjustments as needed. Collect product samples for quality-control testing. Operate a forklift to package, palletize, shrink-wrap, and stage finished products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform minor equipment and workstation maintenance. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent; trade school/electronics certification is a plus. Ability to read, write, and understand documents in English. Ability to lift up to 74 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift. Strong problem-solving and technical skills. Ability to work the assigned shift and remain flexible during training. Ability to operate a forklift. Must have Machine operating experience
