This hands-on role is responsible for operating printing and finishing equipment, handling shipments, maintaining inventory, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities Operate digital printing, cutting, binding, and mailing equipment Prepare and process outgoing shipments via UPS and USPS Maintain inventory of supplies and materials Perform basic equipment maintenance and coordinate service as needed Support internal teams with print and production projects Complete local deliveries and pickups using a company vehicle Ensure accuracy and quality of all work produced Qualifications High School Diploma required Experience with print, bindery, and mail-room equipment Strong attention to detail and quality control skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
