Full Job Description Pay:

$18.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cherry Picker Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating picker machines and be comfortable working in various temperature-controlled environments, including freezer, refrigerator, and dry storage areas. Proper PPE will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate picker machines / Cherry Picker to accurately select and retrieve products from storage and freezer. Ensure order accuracy to meet quality control standards Safely handle and lift products weighing 30-60 lbs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety protocols and operating procedures Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and productivity Read and understand instructions in English Perform basic counting tasks for order fulfillment

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience operating a picker machine GED or equivalent required Ability to work in freezer, refrigerated, and dry environments Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and counting skills Ability to lift 30-60 lbs consistently
