Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components and products efficiently while adhering to strict safety standards and quality protocols. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and familiarity with manufacturing processes. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining high-quality output, and supporting continuous process improvements within our manufacturing facility. Duties Assemble products and components accurately according to technical drawings and production documents. Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure precise assembly. Use forklifts and manual handling techniques to move heavy materials safely within the factory environment. Interpret technical specifications and diagrams to facilitate correct assembly procedures. Maintain adherence to safety protocols and manufacturing standards throughout all tasks. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets efficiently. Conduct quality checks during assembly to ensure compliance with specifications. Assist in managing inventory levels of parts and tools required for assembly tasks. Follow manufacturing management guidelines to uphold safety, quality, and productivity. Qualifications Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a focus on mechanical assembly. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and measurement instruments. Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other relevant equipment. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently. Mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes and component integration. Experience in managing or supporting production or assembly teams is a plus. Strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and commitment to safety protocols. Prior experience with process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting is advantageous. Pay:
