Emerge is currently recruiting qualified candidates for a direct hire Tube Laser Operator job in East Rochester, NY for our client, a leading precision metal fabrication manufacturer. In this role, the Tube Laser Operator will set up and operate tube laser cutting equipment, a precision metal fabrication machine, to produce high-quality parts. Daily duties include loading materials, monitoring machine performance during production runs, and inspecting finished parts to confirm they meet quality standards. This is a first-shift position , Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Our client is offering an hourly pay rate of $21 - $27 per hour , based on experience plus a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities for the Tube Laser Operator job in East Rochester, NY include: Setting up and operating tube laser cutting equipment Loading materials and monitoring machines throughout production Inspecting finished parts to confirm they meet quality standards Following all safety procedures and production requirements Performing routine maintenance and housekeeping in the work area Communicating equipment or quality issues to supervisors promptly Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or laser cutting preferred Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic measurement and inspection skills Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn new processes Ability to work effectively within a team environment Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic If you are qualified for this position, please click "apply now".
