We are a paving and concrete construction company specializing in infrastructure projects throughout the Northeast. Our team is looking for a skilled and reliable Wirtgen Milling Machine Operator to join us for over-the-road jobs.

Position Summary:

Wirtgen Milling Machine Operator will be responsible for safely milling asphalt parking lots on our project sites across the Northeast. Our service areas include New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, the Carolinas, and up through Maine. The right candidate will have experience operating, loading, and unloading heavy machinery and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate company-owned millings machines and heavy equipment. Load and unload construction and paving equipment at job sites using chains, binders, or other securement tools Keep accurate trip logs, delivery records, and inspection reports Communicate effectively with dispatch and project teams to coordinate scheduling Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of milling experience preferred (experience with equipment transport a plus) Working knowledge of loading and securing equipment such as pavers, rollers, skid steers, or similar Strong work ethic, reliability, and professional communication skills
