Temp Beyond Talentedge has partnered with a leading electronics manufacturing company to hire an SMT Advanced Machine Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment and related production machinery while ensuring quality standards and production goals are met. You will also coordinate and organize SMT machine operations to support an efficient manufacturing process. This role is Temp to Hire; We Invite you to apply today!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands the operation of the pick and place machines Packaging and labeling requirements Communicates to the Team Leader and/or Manufacturing Coach issues SMT Machine Operation Hand placement of SMT components Set-up and operate the SMT Reflow Oven Determine and coordinate resources for SMT line issues Provide feedback for quality, efficiency and productivity of the SMT Line Provide leadership in the absence of the Team Leader Coordinate and organize SMT machine operation Must be able to multi- task in a fast paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred:
Experience in electronics manufacturing Strong communication skills in both written and oral English Experience in the operation of SMT equipment is essential Computer literate (i.e. Windows, Excel, Word)
Salary & Schedule:
$21.50-24.50
