Position:
Bakery Mixing Operator Location:
Poughkeepsie, New York area Qualifications High School diploma or GED. At least 3 years of Bakery experience Experience with HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, SQF, and AIB Basic Job Duties Ensure consistent food production according to the company's recipes and standards. Mixing batches for breads, cakes, and cookies according to recipes. Understanding Baking Science of Time, Temperature, and Humidity. Ensure Quality, Food Safety, Production Efficiencies, minimal Waste Must be able to Lift 50 pound bags of flour and sugar.
