This job is flexible and changes based on customer requirements and workload. Job may involve mechanical, optical, and/or electrical component work. Job complexity ranges from simple and repetitive tasks to difficult task as experience increases. Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years' experience in manufacturing environment
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Must be able to lift metal parts to load and unload fixtures or tools. Some packing is required. Must work efficiently to a production rate, while making good quality parts for an 8-hour shift. Standing all day while is common.
• PEM experience is a plus
• Other metal fabrication experience a plus Compensation & Benefits
