What You'll Do As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator, you will be responsible for: Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Produce metal parts according to work instructions and specifications Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and defects Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and technical documents Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Assist with other production tasks as needed What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: High school diploma or equivalent Basic math skills Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, or technical documents Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety Manufacturing, machine operator, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred, but not required Why Join Us in Aurora?
