• AUSTINBURG, OH Mancan, in partnership with an Austinburg-area facility, is currently hiring Operators!

Pay:

$17.00

00/hour to start, based on experience

Schedule:

Full-Time

• Afternoon Shift:

  3:00 PM
• 11:00 PM
• All shifts include a paid 30-minute lunch Position Summary Machine Operators are responsible for safely operating rotational molding equipment while maintaining product quality and supporting daily production goals.

This position involves machine operation, material handling, product inspection, mold changes, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Candidates with previous manufacturing or rotational molding experience are encouraged to apply, but individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn will also be considered. Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate rotational molding equipment
• Measure, prepare, and stage materials for production
• Load and unload molds
• Monitor machine cycles and production processes
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality concerns
• Assist with mold changes, setups, and adjustments
• Troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues
• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Assist with basic maintenance activities as needed
• Maintain production and quality standards
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals
• Experienced candidates may assist with training and mentoring newer operators Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Rotational molding experience is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
