Prepare surfaces through cleaning and specialized masking techniques, strictly adhering to technical blueprints and process travelers. Manage the loading and unloading of components within paint booths and drying systems to maintain efficient workflow. Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify that all finished products meet strict conformance standards. Operate and monitor specialized coating equipment, ensuring all machinery is calibrated for peak performance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while strictly following chemical storage and material handling protocols. Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Proven experience in industrial or automotive painting environments. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed quality inspections. Proficiency in basic mathematics for mixing and measurement tasks.
