Responsibilities Assemble light industrial and manufacturing components on a 2nd shift schedule following written and verbal instructions Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently Inspect parts and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects Follow standardized work procedures, safety rules, and cleanliness standards (5 S) Meet daily production, accuracy, and efficiency targets while maintaining quality Report equipment issues, material shortages, and workflow problems to shift leads Accurately record production counts and basic data in paper or digital systems Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support shift coverage and workflow Required Skills Assembly line operations Use of hand and power tools Basic mechanical aptitude Reading work instructions and diagrams Quality inspection and defect identification Basic math and measurements Safety and PPE compliance5 S/workplace organization Production tracking and documentation Basic computer or mobile app proficiency
